Toshao Nicholas Fredericks the Chairman of the National Toshaos Council and the South Rupununi District Council has been awarded the Golden              Arrow Head of Achievement for championing the rights of Indigenous Peoples in Guyana. The SRDC congratulates Toshao on receiving this Award
